High Point of Delray Section 7 is a community with housing for persons 55+ years of age or older located in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. The Community is situated inland about 3.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and 2.5 miles from "downtown" Delray Beach.
High Point Section 7 has 106 buildings and 1 clubhouse on a serene lake with a fountain. Each building has 2- one bedroom and 2- two bedroom units with a total of 424. The Community is one of seven sections. This section was the last to be built in 1981.
High Point Section 7 has a updated clubhouse and a beautiful pool and patio area, tennis and pickleball courts, a billiards area, a small library of books contributed by members, shuffleboard and bocce ball court and more.
